When Everpress, Typosters and ABC Dinamo came together to curate a collection of tees to raise funds for Index on Censorship.

The rules of the game were simple; 10 artists, 1 font by ABC Dinamo, 10 posters that were then turned to tees. Here is the final result from each of the amazing artists.

Brooke Armstrong
'' I'm a Midwest designer and visual artist, currently designing part-time for a business located in LA. I've been a creative my whole life, but have been practicing design for about 7 years. A majority of my 2022 has been on hiatus from design work (outside of my job), feeling the burnout and exhaustion the world as a collective has been feeling. Most of my inspiration comes from my (difficult) experiences and the feelings I have going through them. As with a lot of other artists, I find converting my pain into beautiful things therapeutic and healing. 2022 has been a big year of healing for me, which funnily enough, resulted in a huge art block. So I’m currently rediscovering what inspires my work. Earlier this year I was highlighted in Icon Eye Magazine as 1 of 10 chosen designers around the world to keep an eye on. I was also a part of the Adobe MAX CoCreate team of 2021, and worked with clients such as Playboy BigBunny and Rare Beauty. I’m not really sure where my work will take me, but I know I’ll go at whatever pace feels right and keep making work as long as I enjoy it. Because what’s the point of it all if not joy?

Robert Radziejewski
'' I am a graphic designer and typographer from Berlin. I am inspired by unprofessional design that comes from the heart, not the educated brain. I work mostly for cultural clients from the music, fashion and art industriy. I believe that good graphic design is good content and that Ideas matter more than perfect or flashy execution. Still I love to experiment and explore new visual territories, be it with digital spaces or with my hands and my human brain. I am sure that nowadays deep thought and a capacity to tolerate ambiguity is needed for mental clarity, good design and a coexistence in peace.
"I am inspired by unprofessional design" – Robert Radziejewski
What Typosters has to say about this collaboration
Since the theme for this collaboration was Censorship, it was important for us to build a diverse line up. As one of Typosters' core values is to represent graphic design in its totality, we feel like the result of this collaboration managed to achieve exactly that. We imagined a varied outcome and we weren't dissapointed to say the least. All artists came through with amazingly creative and meaningful designs. We must remember that as designers it is our duty to support freedom of expression, and we must keep using our skills and knowledge in order to stand up for ourselves and others.
